Meet Susan Medica , owner of Something Different LLC. Known for her unparalleled work ethic, Susan’s determination is the driving force behind her exceptional results. Susan is a seasoned and results- driven professional with over 25 years’ experience in the event and trade show industry.
She has an exceptional track record in the event furniture rental business producing results and over the years has successfully transformed numerous prospects into loyal clients. She is known for her ability to build strong lasting relationships with her clients.

Meet Julio Medica, VP of Operations. Julio has 25 years of experience in the event and trade show furniture and décor industry. A true leader, with a keen eye for detail, strategic thinking, and leadership skills, Julio brings a wealth of expertise to our team.

Julio’s knowledge of the hospitality industry has earned him a reputation for surpassing expectations consistently! Julio’s extensive background in operations management has allowed him to streamline our logistics, enduring seamless execution of our furniture rental services.

Meet Emily McCullough, Sr. Event Coordinator. Growing up with the Pacific Ocean as her backdrop, Emily brings a touch of Southern California’s vibrant spirit and charm to our team! With her passion for design and fashion, her creativity, and unique ability to create unforgettable experiences Emily is a natural in the event industry! She loves designing and creating new stunning event lounges with our furniture and décor that stay on top of trends.
In addition to her creative design skills, Emily is also known for her exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations and tight deadlines with poise and grace. She effortlessly manages projects and coordinates every detail to ensure a stress-free and successful experience for her clients. Whether it’s a chic rooftop soiree, a glamorous red-carpet premier, a sporting event or a trade show booth, Emily ensures that every detail is thoughtfully curated to perfection!
